Hargeon (Southeast Fiore) is a port city just south of Magnolia. It also happens to be one of the oldest cities in all of Fiore. They are a thriving fishing port, with a large, old lighthouse that the people still use. It is said that perhaps less than one percent of the people here are able to use magic.
